Steam Depleted is the lowest energy state of Steam (Highest energy state being Steam (High) and intermediate energy state being Steam (Low).)

Steam Depleted is the product of either consuming the energy of Steam (Low) in a Low-Pressure Turbine or using Exhaust Scrubber to scrub exhaust gases with the use of water.

Steam Depleted can be consumed in three ways: It turns into Water and Brine by using it in a Thermal Desalinator to desalinate Seawater or is condensated into water in a Cooling Tower or is released into the atmosphere via a Smoke Stack.

Although other gases can be stored in a Fluid Storage[II], any kind of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage[II]. (Though water can be stored.)
