Step	Action	Expected
001	Load the game "3.03".
002	In the toolbar at the bottom, click "Buildings".	The tab "Buildings" is open.
003	Click on "Research Lab".	A transparent research lab moves with the mouse.
004	Move the transparent research lab just south of the shipyard.	The transparent building is on its intended position.
005	Click.	The transparent building no longer moves with the mouse.
004	Drag a second "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to just south of the first.	A building appeared south of the first.
005	Drag a third "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to just south of the second.	A building appeared south of the second.
006	Drag a fourth "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to just south of the third.	A building appeared south of the third.
007	Drag a fifth "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to east of the first. Leave 4 tiles between this building and the first.	A building appeared east of the first.
008	Drag a sixth "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to east of the second. Leave 4 tiles between this building and the second.	A building appeared east of the second.
009	Drag a seventh "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to east of the third. Leave 4 tiles between this building and the third.	A building appeared east of the third.
010	Drag a eighteenth "Research Lab" from the tab "Buildings" to east of the fourth. Leave 4 tiles between this building and the fourth.	A building appeared east of the fourth.
