The Cooled Caster is the first machine unlocked which is used in the production of Molten Steel into Steel. It operates identically to the Caster and has the same ratios/timing, except that it also requires a small amount of Water. Visually it is identical to the Caster except the addition of a liquid port opposite the output line.
