Recyclables are a loose product created by the Recyclables Collection, Research Lab II, Research Lab III and all variants of Maintenance Depots.

The product is created in machines consuming Iron, Copper, Glass and Gold and offers a way to reduce usage of Natural Resources by re-using the recycled materials in the Waste Sorting Plant by up to 90%.

Efficiency of the recycling process is determined by the Recycling Efficiency modifier, initially set to be 25%.

Recycling Efficiency

Recycling Efficiency is the percentage of used materials, that can be re-used by recycling them. The initial value of 25% can be raised up to 90% using different Edicts and Research.

An efficiency of 25% means that for every 100 Iron used by a machine, 25 Iron can be created by processing the Recyclables from that machine in the Waste Sorting Plant.
