Wheat is a crop which will is growable on all types of farms. It takes 8 months to reach maturity which makes it both the longest-growing crop. Wheat can survive for 3 months without Water which coincidentally makes it also the least drought-resistant crop.
Compared to the 
Potato, Wheat yields 33% more Food per month while requiring the same amount of Water per month, but draining three times the 
Fertility. When compared to 
Corn, it produces the same amount of Food per month, but requires 33% less Water per month.
