Corn is a crop is growable in all types of farm. It takes 6 months to reach maturity which makes it tied with Potatoes for the fastest-growing besides Green Manure. Corn can survive for 4 months without Water which makes it the second-least drought-resistant crop yielding Food, right behind the planned Wheat crop.

Compared to the Potatoes, Corn yields 28.6% more Food per month but also requires 50% more Water per month and drains 50% more Fertility. When compared to the planned Wheat crop, it produces the same amount of Food per month and drains 50% less Fertility, but requires 50% more Water per month.
