The Food Pack is composed of Bread plus either Meat or Eggs, or the vegetarian option of Tofu plus Vegetables.
The Food Pack can be traded for resources via the contracts system. In the end-game it is also used to make Crew Supplies for space exploration. The Food Pack is not used by the settlement for food.
