The Boiler (Electric) is a machine which creates Steam (High) from Water using a large amount of Electricity. This machine is locked behind the Nuclear Reactor research and typically only useful when used when ample nuclear power is available. It is not useful for power generation with steam equipment as it generates less power via Steam (High) than it consumes.
