It can transport all items except for a few:

Blanket Fuel (Enriched)
After the Truck is unlocked, the Truck is more effective than the Pickup in virtually all cases. The only case in which it might be useful is when you want to move tiny amounts of items around that are produced at low rates, but are far away enough from the destination to not be worth belting.
