Stacker is a building to dump loose material on the ground or into the sea. The items Stacker can dump are the same as Pickups.

Stacker has a configuration of "Dump Offset." It is the maximum height of the dumped pile relative to the tip of the Stacker. The maximum height will be the same level as the bottom of the Stacker if Dump Offset is -11.
