The Water Facility is a housing module which allows for the providing of Water to the Population and the removal of Waste Water as a byproduct. It has two input and two output connections, which allow for piping to both a Rainwater Harvester (later a Groundwater Pump) and a Liquid Dump to relieve Pickups from having to haul them.
