Plastic is a crafted material required for the production of Household Electronics. It is also a requirement to build PCBs for the creation of Electronics and all items requiring them, including the Excavator and Maintenance II.
Plastic is produced by combining either Diesel or Naphtha with Chlorine in a Polymerization Plant. While both recipes have the same ratios, time, and yield, the latter is likely more widely used as Diesel is generally in high demand for powering vehicles and Cargo Ships.
