The Mixer, not to be confused with the Concrete Mixer and its variants, is the sole machine capable of creating Acid for the processing of Impure Copper in Copper Electrolysis facilities, as well as Glass Mix for processing into Molten Glass in Blast Furnaces and Arc Furnaces. It is also the only facility which can consume Salt from Evaporation Ponds, combining it with Water to generate Brine, providing a non-polluting disposal method. It is the only machine capable of creating Acid and, along with the Rubber Maker, it is the only other machine capable of processing Sulfur, including a waste recipe using Limestone to generate Slag.
