The Rocket Assembly Depot enables you to build Rocket in two different tiers. After the rocket is build it will be transport to a free Rocket Launch Pad using a specialized transporter. The transporter is a very large vehice and cannot drive over rough ground or vehicle ramps. Make sure that the Rocket Launch Pad is on the same height level as this building.
