The Assembly V is the Tier 5 variant of the Assembly IV. Compared to its predecessor, most recipes have 100% higher throughput at the expense of a 60% higher Electricity draw (250 KW vs 400 KW), a 50% higher Computing requirement (4 vs 6 TFlops), and a higher maintenance cost in terms of requiring File:MaintenanceIII.png Maintenance III instead of Maintenance II. Also note that the recipes for Solar Cell have only a 50% speed increase; these may not be worth upgrading from an Assembly IV.
It also has a very limited selection of recipes compared to its predecessors; check before upgrading an existing Assembly IV! Most recipes this building does have are related to electronics and solar panels.
