The Assembly (Robotic) II is the Tier 5 variant of the Assembly IV. Compared to its predecessor, most recipes have 100% higher throughput at the expense of a 60% higher Electricity draw (50W vs 80W), and a 50% higher
Computing requirement (4 vs 6 TFlops). The most significant drawback is likely the change from Maintenance II to Maintenance III. Also note that the recipes for Construction Parts IV and Solar Cell have only a 50% speed increase; these may not be worth upgrading from an Assembly IV.
It also has a very limited selection of recipes compared to its predecessors; check before upgrading an existing Assembly IV! Most recipes this building does have are related to electronics and solar panels.
