Blanket Fuel

Blanket Fuel is the medium for conversion to create more Core Fuel for the Fast Breeder reactor. It is transported via pipes but cannot be taken by trucks or tanks. It must go straight into a Fast Breeder Reactor right after creation. Blanket Fuel is optional to create more fuel and does not affect the performance of the reactor. Due to the creation of Blanket Fuel requiring uranium somewhere along the supply chain, it is impossible to completely stop uranium imports.
