Steam (High) can be consumed in many ways, some of them listed here: It turns into Steam (Low) by using it for energy production in a High-Pressure Turbine or is condensated into Water in a cooling unit or is released into the atmosphere via a Smoke Stack.

Although most of Fluid Products can be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV], any sort of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV]. Instead, Thermal Storage can substantially store the steam.
